Eureka!
EUREKA! is an animated short film by director Kris Borghs blending science fiction, comedy and a playful sense of the absurd.
An extraterrestrial duo crosses the universe with a noble mission: to share their technological insights with less brilliant minds. But when they arrive on one particularly peculiar planet, their well-intentioned visit takes an unexpected turn. What begins as an intergalactic knowledge-sharing mission quickly becomes a delightfully chaotic encounter.
Since its release, EUREKA! has travelled extensively through the international festival circuit, screening at more than 60 festivals worldwide and receiving around 10 awards, including numerous Audience Awards. Its universal blend of visual humour, inventive animation and accessible storytelling has made the film a favourite with audiences around the world.
The film has also been acquired by Disney+, where it is available to stream.
EUREKA! is a playful, visually driven science-fiction comedy that proves that even the most brilliant ideas can go spectacularly wrong.
